In the evening we arrived in Portugal as we planned accommodation for the wild, we made the Kamper service before in Spain . We found a place to stay in the application just abroad , However, after reaching the place, it turned out that it was a little further to the beach than we thought , We decided to go back around 4 km in the place we searched for on Google maps, It was a bull's -eye because the place was very friendly, there were several motorhomes there and the place was right on the beach . The beach was very wide and sandy, we decided to rest and a little sunbathe

After around 3 h riding we reached the destination point , accustomed to excellent roads in Spain, we decided to take a free national road and we gave up the paid highway, unfortunately it turned out to be a mistake because the roads in Portugal are significantly different from those in Spain in Spain are narrow every now and then there are roundabouts, smaller or larger towns and restrictions to 50 km/h .

We stopped at the campsite in the evening we made a celebration after a small coastal town of Armacao de Pera, unfortunately the impressions are not very positive , In general, we miss Spain for now and we hope that the views on the beautiful beaches that are ahead of us will reward the current disappointment with Portugal …

Prainha Beach

This is a parking lot marked in the application as a stay for a night and so in fact we arrived, we practically took the last free place. , In the morning we went to a nearby bar on the beach and drank good coffee and orange juice and then went to watch the beach which seemed not special compared to what we saw before , However, walking further down the rocks, a beautiful beach appeared a lot of rocks' caves and a beautiful turquoise ocean . A place really recommendable

Amado Beach

An ideal place to stop with accommodation or a few nights , No service option because the parking lot is free, it stands a lot of motorhomes, especially surfing enthusiasts, The beaches and maybe they look quite different than the ones we watched so far it is clearly visible that we are already on the ocean , The waves are large and widely spilled huge beaches, There is an atmospheric cafe next to the beach .
We really recommend one of the most beautiful beaches in our opinion . You can leave the motorhome in the parking lot and you can go with bikes along the gravel road to the north , However, we strongly advise against driving this road by car !

Odeceixe Beach

Very nice huge sandy beach, There are several places nearby to leave the motorhome, unfortunately you can't stay here overnight , Very green and very few people , An additional attraction is the river falling into the ocean .

Furnas Beach

Here we stayed for the night (free) , We came late in the evening a very small parking lot where several campers have already stood , Place calm quiet and safe
The parking lot is located practically at the beach itself, a large sandy beach with the surrounding small cliffs .
